    Google Adsense Stats Syndrome

    Install the Adsense notifier extension for firefox. That cured it for me by giving me an overdose.

    I check far more frequently than that and I've had adsense for nearly a year. I also have the firefox toolbar though.

    if you click on "this month by day" you can sometimes get a quicker update that the regular adsense homepage :)

    Google checks to see how often you check your account and assumes that those who check excessively are clicking their own ads to watch as their earnings go up. Not a good idea. I only check once a month to see if my check is going to exceed Federal bank reporting limits - $10,000.

    Just kidding. I check a few times a day like most other people.
