    This site is still in its infancy, being established in December of last year. With that being said, it has shown steady growth since its inception. Offering a variety of entertaining content including pictures, memes, and the opportunity for users to upload their own content; the site has been able to amass over 111,946 "Likes" on its two Facebook Fan pages in their short existence. A few of the sites pages have even gone viral and been featured on StumbleUpon. Also included in the sale is the sites mobile page which brought in an additional 98k visitors in the last 30 days. Lastly, the revenue figure shown below is reflective of the last 9 months due to the sites age.

    Revenue Details

    Revenue is generated through AdSense and the AdReactor Advertising Network.

    Traffic Details

    The majority traffic is driven to the site as a result of its popularity on Facebook, accounting for 77% of the sites traffic. The remaining portion comes from organic search ranking for keywords like "funny pictures" (18%).

    The only operating expense is $113 per month in hosting.

    Yeah i was guessing that, it's in the image posted... seems a little pricey for a site with just 3k visits per day... so I was seeing if he had a more realistic figure.

    Yep, I'm interested in analytics too + adsense screenshots.
    So it makes ~558 $ per month and you want to sell it for 25 grand? Which is 44 months... If it is so - wish you good luck because nobody will buy it.

    I don't even monetize my sites until the get over 5k unique visits per day... sometimes value is determined by earnings. The amount of traffic, the origins of traffic, the content, even potential can have a bearing on the value of a site - but still 4k uniques per day doesn't warrant $25000.
