What is the best paying honest pay per install network? (no spyware or malware please)

I was thinking of one that installs installs maybe a yahoo toolbar, or only shows advertisements when install the

There is none fraud so far... there were few in the past who got in troubles and could not pay publishers for 1 or 2 periods but I did not see that for last 2 years.

i think that there a few programs that are offering 1$ or more per install. you will have to search the sites on the internet to find out the pay per install program.
