Buy an other similar domain name and make 301. Put your new website on adsence :p
Or you can just contact them xD

a band domain is like no domain at all, because when google band you, the other search engines automatically band you as well.
best way is to pay any money you owe to google and to contact google webmaster for further assistance.
    hope this helps.

The OP Is probably firing his staff of "journalist" after finding out from this thread that they copied articles.
or he's probably the only "journalist" in his company

I'd suggest to you to contact the administrator of Google Adsense.

Oh yeah, for sure, that tip is golden ;)

    1) WHO is the "administrator" of Google Adsense?
    2) WHAT is his contact?
    3) Why would he care to unban an obvious copy-paster?

it is hard to get your account unbanned once Google Adsense bans it. Although I know some people managed to get their accounts unbanned but only very rare. If you are only dealing with a particular site that's banned and not the entire account, then you have a better chance of getting the site unbanned. All you have to do is to clean that site, remove all violations, and then send Google Adsense team an email. Good luck!

Try calling Larry Page or Sergey Brin. I had their numbers on my phone, but I lent my phone to Mark Zuckerberg and he hasn't returned it as yet.

He wouldn't make a million with just his website, so it would be a great deal for Google.

I wish there was a way to help you, but it isn't. All I can tell you is to figure out what led to them banning your website in the first place.

sad to say that there is nothing called re-consideration in adsense, they will just forget all about you!

If Google has banned this site then there is no way to come out* This is the adsense game.
