Try samsung Galaxy. Recently my friend bought it and it has many features including Wifi, 3g and is android based mobile, have a best camera.
If you have a very good budget then go with high end mobile handsets like iphone, samsung galaxy, htc etc.
I suggest you to use android mobile. now a days 'android' is the fast moving operating system, which consists of many features and applications.
I love the iphone 4s but in comparison to the Samsung Galaxy S111 they are too expensive. Both offer great usability and Android has come on leaps and bounds recently. I have tried taking pictures on both and i prefer the Galaxy. Only issue with it is that it is quite large and is still not quite as user friendly. Not long until iphone 5 is out but that will cost a fortune to start with.
