HI friends, After waiting for about 8-10 days I finally recieved My Google PIN. I had anticipated a confidential letter ( The way we recieve the bank atm pin or account pin ) But was surprised to see an open letter not even sealed but closed with a cellotape ??? Thiis was really surprising considering the fact that without pin we cant even get paid of our cheque. Just a coinsidense I even Passed the $100 today itself. So now I will be waiting for my first cheque that will be issued probably by mid next month.
well, it isnt like they can steal your money if they got your adsense PIN, so why seal it as a cinfidential letter? Anyway, congrats on your adsense succes so far
In some places they might find a way to take your money too... A friend of mine had to wait twice the time due to a check loss... good he informed google to cancel the check before anyone can do anything with it
past 5 weeks and still waiting for PIN. Requested a second time. Besides being legitimate security methods, all these administrative obstacles they place between us and our money is just another way they have of slowing their outflow of money. NOthing unusual, I guess; lots of businesses do this.
I thought my PIN took a while to arrive, but I found it in the trash! my mom thought it was junk mail
I think mine was the first and only thing I've ever received in regular mail by Google. I'm not even sure where I put it anymore. Anyway congrats on passing the 100 mark.
