You have boldly departed from my rough scheme and I salute your trying something really different.
In particular you have increased the prominence of the Vancouver seminars - even given them some text not in the original. You have also changed the color scheme.

I really appreciate the effort but some of the changes do not work.

The Vancouver seminars do not deserve the prominence. Seminars are just part of the package. The Grow Happier message is also not prominent enough. Same with the 4 steps box. It should be where the eyes go to after the Grow Happier box, but my eyes go immediately to the seminars rather than the 4 Steps.
I think the photos choices are not as good as the ones I found.

Hi Redders:
Good job. The darker color helps warm-up the site emotionally.
You have kept the original text which is good. (Change "out" to "our" in Gorw Happier box.)
I noticed that you rounded the edges of the borders of the lower boxes but not the top. I like the rounded edges.

Hi Everyone:

My original amateur design had a boxy, angular feel.
All the designs submitted so far have continued with that approach.

I would really love to see a concept with a more rounded feel.
Rounded corners on the boxes help, but I am hoping there is an even more creative way of getting circles or curves or softer edges in the design.

Maybe use of ovals or ellipses in backgrounds? Maybe leave the box format?

I wish I was more creative myself. I hope someone out there has the vision I lack!

Thanks for the feedback and added direction. I made a few quick amendments, adding rounded edges to the top boxes as well as in other places to add a more rounded feel. I think the footer box now over-rounds it.

Good version Redders. You are working hard to get the rounded, circle into the image.
You have chosen one former box to do that, the 4 Steps box. The problems is that there is no title (4 Steps) to suggest to the viewer what the circles are. Further, superimposing them on top of the image causes more confusion.
I think that the titles need to be retained.
I am wondering if circles could replace boxes. That way each could have a title and be distinct from the others which would create the good and fast comprehension that boxes give. But the circles would give the rounded feeling.

Hi! Here is my second version. Tried to make it look modern. This time I made it in Logo color, but it can be easily changed. All Images are place holders, they also can be easily changed. There is two rows because I made two versions. Hope you like it. If you like something from the previous version and something in this then I can combine them together if you need it (If I win You will get all the versions if needed)

I want to use your stock photos but the size is kinda difficult to integrate so I came up with another images (that I'll purchase if my design is chosen).
