If Google has banned this site then there is no way to come out form this, however, you can contact Adsense team and send the request, or, you can find helpful information on Adsense blog, there should be any form to send request for reconsideration.

Lol, I can see why you got banned.

Google doesn't like people that copy/paste from other websites, it's even in their TOS.

    Have fun being banned .

You can "unban" your site by signing up to google adsense with new email address and try to go with your old domain. Sometimes this works as they ban your adsense email only, not the whole website.

Actually it is not possible to get your Adsense account back under the same payee name after you banned from Adsense.
You can appeal or get the help from official adsense support forum.
But remember before you appeal, your site must adhere adsense policies.

Signing up more than one Adsense account is against their policy, this will cause both your account banned

    Oh, yes they are copied.

Let's take this one, for example
    http://albaniaspace.al/new/lajmet/kosova/thaci-uron-besimtaret-mysliman/
    Code (markup):
    Published: 18.8.2012, 16:04:20

    And now, look here
    http://noa.al/mk/artikull.php?id=219934
    Code (markup):
    Same article, published: 18.08.2012 14:49

    2 hours before yours.

They might be journalists, but they sure as hell don't work for you

If I can easily identify that you are a content scrapper, Google can also do it. No matter how often you re-apply to adsense, they just ban you (and rightly so).

Once you get banned from google , there is no way you can recover it. You might try alternatives for google...

NO you are WRONG. Your articles HAVE BEEN copied. You either need to send emails to the people who are copying your content or you need to fire your journalists and hire honest writers.

You are in direct violation of Adsense's TOS by having copied content.

I cannot speak your language, but what I can see is that an article posted on your site this year was copied from another site that had the posting date in 2011. So this means your journalists are copying content and selling it to you. They are taking advantage of you and take you for a fool.

See screenshot of copyscape or check yourself for proof.

The only thing you can do is send google a message, which they will respond but more than likely they will not reverse the ban. Maybe you will get lucky and they will, doesn't hurt to try.
