    To earn money you have to get a targeted traffic..... if you are not getting targeted traffic then i am afraid you can't earn it...

    If your site is for donwloading files, try sharecash or firecash, you can upload some indian music and to receive a lot of downloads. In these sites 1 donwload = ~ 50 cents.
