hi every one i have a question that i write a press release article and want to submit it press release sites..my question is how many times i can use this article on different press release sites.please give me a write process of press release distribution article.

 

Try using it only once i.e one article on one press release site.

 

I think that you can submit your press release on different sites if they belongs from different ips.
