According to terms of paypal it doesn't support digital delivery But Paypal is only option for me to accepts international payments I faced 3-4 monthly charge backs for my $45 Medical E-Book and Item NOT as described frauds Since the data is in digital format PayPal immediately reversed the transactions I use premier account How to resolve this issue with paypal?
When you recieve a chargeback, do you respond telling paypal that it was a digitally downloaded product?, or do you just ignore it? I always respond stating it was a digitally downloaded item and they always deny the claim and the funds get returned to my account.
You are 1000% lying because PayPal will ask shipment proof without it they will reverse funds. Here's the procedure of charge back 1. Customer purchased digital product using credit card with PayPal payment processor 2. Good instantly delivered 3. Customer went to bank and said UNKNOWN charge on my credit card. Bank won't make any enquiry and immediately takes funds from PayPal pockets because bank never let their customer gone away from them 4. PayPal asks seller to provide shipment info. If seller really delivered physical goods then PayPal will bare that amount on behalf of cheating customer which means PayPal will incur the loss. 5. So when I called and said that it is digitally delivered good they immediately reverse the transaction
Don't call me a liar you fucking retard, I have never lost a chargeback where the buyer has used paypal funds to make the purchase, Credit card chargebacks are totally different but you never even mentioned credit card payments in your original post, do you think we are all mind-readers or something.
Oh I think you are the BIG ..... before me I used the Charge Back term in my original post - Charge Back term used in PayPal only for Credit Cards ( On bank side) You also said that buyer used to pay using PayPal funds which comes under the category of - Unauthorized Access in PayPal (NOT charge back) First learn the terminology!
big what?? too scared to say it you pussy? And no, i'm not talking about unauthorized access, i'm talking about when a buyer claims the digital item is not as described, like you stated in your original post, in this case paypal have always returned the funds to my account, maybe they just don't like you...
