dude, animated avatars ain't the best way to make people see your tweets:
there are 2 ways to make your tweets be seen:
1st). good and useful content, also having relation with your followers will help
2nd). putting a widget in your webpage where you show your tweets
also an animated avatar will help

hello every body all find : One may get her animated profile picture.

 

i know twitter said they won't allow animated avatars anymore.. but i can see a lot of people still having it.

when i try to upload mine, it doesn't move.... anybody here who can share the trick? pls help..thanks

Step 2: Choose your favorite animated avatar.

Step 3: Check your chosen avatar on your twitter profile.
