It's pretty hard to build up a large base of fans on Facebook. It can take months of hard work and thousands of dollars of advertising. But Facebook can delete your page in seconds. Ours was lost because... Well, we don't know, because Facebook didn't tell us. Read the story here, and if you have a minute share and sign the petition asking facebook to warn admins before deleting pages. Because it could be yours next!
I'm sorry to say if you want to play with Facebook you need to play by their rules - i.e. their T&Cs. It is always a risk spending time and money developing pages and marketing campaigns that could be shut off at any minute. I wish you luck with your appeal, but suspect you'll not get the answer you're looking for!
That's part of the point we want to make - it's crazy to expect businesses to spend time and money (thousands, in our case) on FB pages when they can be shut off at any minute without any explanation or reason.
I don't believe pages can be shut off without a reason. Your site was removed because it violated the FB TOS. You received a notice saying you violated TOS and your advertising agency received a notice saying tobacco and tobacco-related products - which the say includes your "electronic cigarette" -- are prohibited. I'd say pretty clear and your claims that they gave you no reason is disingenuous.
i am very sorry to say if you spend money for like your Facebook page you may always take rules and regulation of Facebook terms and condition ..if you work beyond the condition that Facebook delete your page ..so work according to Facebook condition to like your page .so Facebook never gonna delete your page ...
