    It will work if you have a International Debit card. But still even all international ones don't work. only few of them are working now.

    My Andhra Bank VISA Debit card didn't work. SBI Maestro won't work. There is no option to add Maestro Card.
    Who gets success, please give a proof. And tell us which bank debit card is working.

    There is no option to add Maestro Card at PayPal. How you did this?

    No, a bank account is good enough to verify it even now. :)

    CC is required only when you need to send money to anyone.

    Yes, it does work well and without any problems with PayPal. But its better to use a bank account in PP to verify it.

    Still it won't work. Coz SBI VCC works only for Indian payments and not international payments.

    You get it by simply opening a savings account with them where one has to deposit either Rs.5K or Rs.10K depending upon the city (big/small)
    And this international debit cards are costly like Rs.500 for a year while the normal ones are of just Rs.100 for a year.

    How any one show you proof? Just try to add your debit card if it accept your debit card than verify it and if will deduct 2 payment from AC and you set now you can send payment from your debit card. I have already verified my debit card if you want i can send you my icici bank statement screen shoot where you can see 2 small amount deducted from pp with there secret code and than there refund paymet which they deposit into my bank after verification successful and one recent payment which i have made via paypal using debit card.
