Good News For Indian Users - Debit Card Is Working With PayPal Smootly.

This thread has no use now because Paypal is not accepting any kind of debit card or atm card. They only grant now is credit card due to the RBI rules..

Have axis bank account (verifed by PP) and debit card (verified by PP) but still cannot make payments to websites like fpscheats.com ..rentacheat.com ..x22cheats.com help me please.
I get different errors at different websites. fpscheats.com gives me "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money." whereas rentacheat.com gives meee error "This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.".

This thing is driving me nuts.

 

I have just tried my ICICI debit card but paypal is not accepting it dont know why I have a VISA logo on it , can anyone tell me whats the problem with it?

If there is no Paypal in your country, then better stay away from it or else they might close your account anytime and you would lose all your money.

i did add my icici bank Debit Card before 15 to 20 days and it is working fine

 

Seems like it is working for some people, other are complaining. Let me try once too. But before trying I have a question if you guys could answer.

My PP is verified by my CC, Can paypal limit my account if I try to add debit card and it fails?
I mean is there any chance of getting PP limited or banned if we try it?

 

No, they don't limit accounts if there is any problem in adding any card. You can always try it.

 

I tried to add my international visa debit card issued by ICICI bank in to paypal after seeing this thread and paypal accepted that i tried to verify that card and this one also worked they deduct 2 payment from my account but unfortunately my online account doesn't show me verification code sent from Paypal. Can any one help me how to get that code?

 

I noticed that, only a few selected banks debit cards are working with paypal. (ICICI As Well As Axis Bank) Might be this facilities given only for Private Banks.

 

Can anyone please confirm if any of the State Bank Debit cards work? Like Yuva Debit card? I've heard they stopped working on paypal for verification.
And which ICICI cards work? Does ICICI Smart Shopper Debit card works?

i believe if you are making a payment for something or someone not located in india, your debit card is probably not going to work through paypal.

 

I dont think its working for me i have tried two cards of BOB and SBI none of them worked for me
