Please help me find website

    Hi,

    Long time ago i saw website that offer to put some kind of work (like freelancer do) and people will reply, but that website was based for people from china and india, so its been very cheap to hire someone to create like forum accounts and create forum posts.
    Please share it if you know what I am talking about.
