Yes. For example, many embassies in the Vatican such as Saudi Arabia's have small mosques. Muslims visiting Vatican City are free to make their prayers as long as they don't interfere with others (in 2010 half a dozen Muslims interrupted a service to make prayers in the middle of Córdoba Cathedral and then attacked two security guards).

However, building a full-sized mosque is impractical because there just isn't any room. Also, while Muslims are free to come and go in the Vatican City, there have been many instances of Muslims entering Vatican City and attacking Christians and Catholic Churches. In many cases Christians have been hospitalized.

A mosque in south-west Missouri has been burnt to the ground a month after an arson attack on the building.
Although no injuries were reported, the building in the city of Joplin was completely destroyed by the blaze in the early hours of Monday morning. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
The FBI has released video footage of a man setting fire to the roof of the mosque on Independence Day last month. The authorities have offered a $15,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

Well, the difference is in the United States these things are investigated, people are arrested, prosecuted, and jailed. I don't see the same in Muslim countries. As a matter of fact, if you will LOOK AGAIN at the examples I cited again you will see that these attacks against Christians in Muslim countries go uninvestigated because THE LAW PERMITS IT!

You can go around and around, Mikaël, but you can't deny that Christian persecution in Muslim countries is the norm rather than the exception because often it's illegal to be Christian under sharia law. It is a pattern. It is a part of sharia law. While in the USA persecution of Muslims is illegal and carried out in the dark, in Muslim countries Christian persecution is legal, persecution, tourture, and murder of Christians is in the open and accepted.
