    best way you can find an exchanger user or site. i dont know any site but i konw some people make exchange in this forum.

    you could try scriptlance.com they have a shortage of egold so they gladly exchange egold to paypal

    It's great.

    You will get 1% added to your account if you deposit using e-gold and paypal withdrawal have 0% fee.

    So if you have personal paypal account which has 0% receive fee, you will have 1% profit.

    But if you have bussines paypal account you won't get any profit since you will have to pay the receive fee, but at least it's much more cheaper than any exchanger fee :D
