The cheapest cities in world are dominated by Asian and Middle Eastern cities.

 

China is the cheapest place, I don't mean the big cities but the small towns.

Philippines. You can live with just $700 /month its a good place for forex traders.

India and Philippines are quite cheap countries to live. Cost of living in India is pretty low. You can live in a small city in India. Cost of living for an average person is approximately 200$/month. This includes one room rent, electricity, food, local transport expense and Internet etc. India is really quite cheap but living standard is not that good.

with 200 USD you can live in a small city in India.

 

India have a big weak point too. People are very conservative. Philippines is quite good in this case. You can enjoy a lot with women in Philippines but not in India.
