Hi Marco,

I understand that your charge of bankwire withdrawal is $15 per transaction based on your site:

Fees and Processing
Electronic Funds Transfer

[TH]Type[/TH]
[TH]Fee[/TH]
[TH]Duration[/TH]

Bank Transfer
Varies
3-5 business days

Bank Wire
$15.00 USD
2-4 business days

However, you seem to charge $20 rather than $15, which I sent the support ticket to ask for your clarification on 28th July '12 with the Ticket ID: TMZ-723-13559
So far, I haven't received any response from you.

Now, I just noticed that the recently completed bankwire transaction of Reference Number 94B92-D190E-D8652 also charged $20 rather than $15 - Remember this $20 is calculated by the diffrence between the amount I requested withdrawal in Payza and the net incoming amount I received in my bank, means any fee taken by my bank for receiving the fund is separately charged, so pls don't ask me to check the fee I paid to my bank that is not a part of the $20 for both cases.

Am I misunderstanding any?

Pls quickly clarify this issue.

Thank you.

Dont you guys get it, Payza is a rotten egg company with no proper compliance rules in order to handle their business.

Stop wasting your time with payza get all your funds out and let them just rot. There's tons of shit being said about payza so leave it at that.

Alertpay was way better then Payza.

Payza is just utter rubbish.

We've been gone through the signup process with Payza, but found it sad that our site could not be supported.
Overall our experience has been good apart from that.

@501, did you already have experience with them before since you are calling them a 'rotten egg company'?

Hey pranavjpr,

I'm not here to mislead you in anyway. I understand your frustration, believe me I do. I'm sure you just want to move forward and have this sorted out, that's all I want for you as well. I can confirm with you that the email you received was not my first MT-103 request. There seem to have been complications with our partners response time with regards to the MT-103 requests. For this I apologize, I am remaining receptive to your situation and following up on it as much as possible.

I already mentioned this to my superiors who are taking care of the issue.

Thanks for understanding
Take good care
Marco

Hey Sasukesan,

Hmmm, if you are referring to a wire deposit the fee is actually 20USD and not 15USD. This could explain the misunderstanding.

We just recently waived our credit card deposit fee, so no more 3.5% fee, it's now free! Maybe this would be a good option for you to move funds into your Payza account.

Hope this helps clarify the fee,
Take care
Marco

Hey adfile,

Great to hear from you again. This is actually a very good question. We will simply charge a total of 15USD for wire withdrawals. I hope this is not the case for you, but if by chance, your bank uses intermediaries, the fees would start to go up.

Definitely contact them first to find out how they receive international wires.

Take care!
Marco
