    You could focus on cpa for loan companies. Or if you can't get approved for cpa, then try commission junction (cj.com). They've got tons of loan companies there.

    That's because the owner hasn't create anything on the root directory of that website. Hence, it will show up with 403.

    Whats wrong with this guy?
    I had a small chat with him via PM, he keeps asking the same things in very bad english. He also sent me his gmail email, i googled it and it seems like he is spamming this all over internet forums.
    Also seems like he has multiple top level domain names.
