i dont know if it is the best but im currently using Viper's Video Quicktags and is perfect for me

I turned off the WYSIWYG and insert the code manually...It works fine for me.

I do it for YouTube.com only...Haven't tried metacafe yet.

I got wordpress and I want to use this tag <embed>

 

I use WP-FLV works fine for me.

 

Try to turn off the "WYSIWYG"

 

Couldn't find this option on my wp

 

Admin--->Users--->Personal Opitions (on the bottom )
Uncheck the box.

I endorse Broadcast yourself. It's working great on my blog. I tried setting this up on another blog some months ago and gave up in frustration. But then I found Broadcast yourself and it was an easy set up. Thumbs up.
