Did you have any copyright infringement?

 

With fist look, your site look violating "Hacking and cracking content". Do you think google has much time to read every article?
My advise is to change language like "How to" to something else. And of-course do not put much article giving false hacking related content look.

 

You should submit your website for rereview.

Maybe google messed up and disapproved the wrong site.

you copied an only one article and unfortunately, they detected that one article. xD

 

One of basic need for the content to be unique for google search. You can purchase the unique content for your site from content creation area in this forum also. The content can be in form of articles, and press release etc.

 

Google adsense is too much strict with cheaters but sometimes it bans you while you are not cheater. Well you can contact with google but I do not think so that they will give you a smile but its a try and you must contact google again and again
