    I don't understand where the problem is. The problem is with Indian banking system as they are not accepting bank wire sent by you or the problem is that your banking partners not sent money in practical. if money is sent swift message can be given instantly. I think as you say your bank has sent the bank wire and I think its almost more than 20days now payza from there side should try to trace money and the problem why it has not reached in my bank account yet. As its also responsibility of payza that money should reach to right account and within in reasonable time as we fee full fee for the pazya services.

    They owe me $879.61 and now I stopped funding or transfer anything to that account.

    I got a new reply from their team, but that was really surprising, what they asked me to do since year, now they are saying we don't lookup on other accounts...

    Issue is still there, no progress

    Mr. Marco Yet another day past without any response which can solve my problem. yet another day gone in waiting for my money and wondering about that has payza has sent money in real or not. and as Friday will go there will be no response till monday 3days will be added to wait. Even with so many problems pending payza still won't work for weekends to solve them and close them. Don't know what to do else just keep waiting and praying for the news of my money and don't know till when i have to wait. Its becoming almost endless wait now.

    Still anxiously waiting for response from banking operations or yourself...really really worried as I'm already paying penalties for delayed payments to vendors.     I have contacted my bank several times but they said there is no wire for the,don't know what is happing...
    I am from India and from past few years I was withdrawing without any problem

    I have a question for Payza

    I requested a check from Payza in which it stayed pending for about 7-8 days, in that period I emailed you guys a couple times and sent a twitter message but never heard back, eventually the check request shown completed so I didn't care about not being messaged as long as it was taken care of. But now I'm worried about where my check is, the check request transaction was listed completed on 8/13/2012 , but I still have not received it? Is something wrong? or is there anyway for me to confirm the check was sent out yet? I normally would not be concerned yet, but when I requested a check from Alertpay earlier in the year I had it very quick, can it normally take this long to receive a check?

    The reference number is - 8AA45-E3518-4E3EA

    Hi Marco, since 1 of August I have a dispute 18BC0-D1E25-AC84F escalated, but until now there are none response of Payza Support. I fear that someone can enjoy to take others money and Payza do nothing about! I was responsible to make the money transfer, but I asked to Payza to mediate a dispute and it appears that nothing happened. Why? Thank you

    I was selected for order payza credit card.But when i try to order my card via 19.95$ payza says that this card is not available so that when i can order my card??

    Hello Mr. Marco What happened To my documents. It Monday and still no money till today and not even document with complete swift message. I am wondering now that your banking partners had sent money or not. and its about a month now and as I was told by my bank that if the wire is not received in 30days it gets returned automatic. So please if you have sent money please trace it and tell me where it is. As we pay you full fee its payza responsibility that we get our money in our bank account. Please reply Mr. Marco whats going on now.

    Thanks for the comments, although we do allow for authorized exchangers ( linked bellow), Paypal and Pazya don't have an authorized exchanger.

    Looks like that check got sent out in the mail on the 13th. Takes about 4-10 business days before you get it in your mail box. Shouldn't be much longer before you see it in your mail box.
