    if your comments go to the approval section and never get approved it is probably because they are useless comments, I get many like that from india/pakistan and surely they never get approved, who wants one more "thanks for shearing article" comment?
    Even if I approve a comment related to the topic, I remove all links, so that it's clear there's no need to spam my site.
    But since the retards use google search to find my site, or worse bots, I still receive useless comments everyday.

    You could follow this format:

    site:edu inurl:blog "leave a comment" -"comments closed" -"you must be logged in to comment"

    “keyword phrase”+inurl:blog site:.edu
    “keyword phrase”+inurl:blog site:.gov
    “keyword phrase”
    site:.edu inurl:blog “keyword” “comment”

    To find blogs that allows comment you can type in these;
    Keywords+reply to post
    Keywords + powered by wordpress
    Keywords+leave comment
    Keywords+leave a comment

    To find blogs that allows comments that would include an anchor text to your keyword, you can type this in to Google;
    Keywords+this site uses commentluv
    Keywords+this site uses keywordluv.

    "Add Guest Post"
    "Submit Post"
