You can possibly get an adwords voucher if... you have a blog with at least 5 posts.. submit your site's sitemap to google WMT.. Then they will send you a coupon within a month's time..

You just have to create a account in the Google Adwords with Genuine details. you will get voucher with in 1 month.

I think you can not use vouchers using same google adword accounts. Somehow it is not legal to use many vouchers with one adword account.
