    Marco, I need some urgent help. I have been a Payza (Alertpay) member for a bunch of years, but have recently been asked to supply additional documentation for proof of identity (which I don't mind....but I have been a verified member for all these years). I emailed all the proper docs and I actually received verification from Payza that everything looked good and has been uploaded to my Payza account. All this stems from my recent request for a 5 figure check from Payza. (I have always received my prior checks from Payza till now!). I re-requested the check over 9 days ago and it is still pending in my back office. What is going on there?????? I have a ticket number if you could help with getting this cleared up - Ticket ID: SCW-539-36167

    Dear Payza Support,
    I made My First BankWire Withdrawal Request in July 21st, And this request was marked as completed in August 1st from your side, But still Today (15 Aug) i didn't received my money in my bank. I Sent Support Ticket about this issue and got replied by one support agent named "Tarik" and he gave me some "Trace id" to check my funds with my bank.. But when i contacting my bank with that "Trace ID" They asking me more information like COMPLETE SWIFT MESSAGE in order to trace the Transaction if I really received from Payza. So Giving this "Trace Id" only is useless.

    So Please Sent me a "Complete Swift Message" (MT-103) in order to Trace the funds if Payza Really Sent to my bank... Please solve my case as soon as possible .. IT's OVER $500..

    Another thing, Please check whether this funds has Returned back to Payza or not.. If it's returned please credit those funds back to my Payza Balance... At this moment I am scared about my $500+ ???

    Bank Wire from 9/7/2012 to 8/13/2012 .... 38 days! and still waiting!
    I've already lost a lot of money ...
    I have no news of my tickets, no news, no!... 38 days and no contact on the part of payza, no contact
    My money is lost?

    I am so glad to find you in this forum. Please look up my ticket # SZQ-832-26374. I am waiting on my bank wire for more than a week now and i dont know where my $$ goes. I appreciate your help very much. Thanks again!!

    Its getting complicated and frustrated.

    Your people emailed me today, they are claiming I am using proxy. !!
    You should know I am not using proxy but using legit, moderated and registered in my name VPN account.
    I already told them I will disable it while accessing Payza account, but PLEASE PLEASE release my $870+ money.

    This is annoying.

    Looks like your card issuer might be blocking the transaction. Let them know we are an online international payment processor then try to validate the card again.

    Hey moorewapyunco,

    What method did you use to withdraw the funds? I know that we ran into a few delays last week and the week before, mostly on the Prepaid card. People are used to getting it the same day, we do advertise 2-4 business days. If it took longer than this, we are sorry, we had some minor complications on our end.


    If anyone is experiencing a pending transactions past it's time frame, let me know.

    Can you submit the two following documents so that we can verify your account before transferring the funds to your account?

    • A proof of address statement
    • A photo identification document

    Let me know once you do this so that I can make sure it gets sent to the right department.

    As for the disputes, you will have to hear back from our Resolution Specialists, I have forwarded them your ticket inquiry.

    Thanks for the info, I emailed one of my colleagues in charge of completing the transaction. That should get the ball rolling. I'm sorry about the delays, this only happens once, it's part of KYC protocol.

    Hi there, great to see you here

    Our Nepali based members can verify by 1 of the 2 following methods.

    -Identification documents:
    valid photo ID
    Recent proof of address

    -Credit card validation

    -Bank wire Deposit

    Have a look at the info we have available in our international verification FAQ section

    As for receiving funds, simply provide the sender with your email address. Withdrawing the funds can be accomplished by bank wire, this cost 15USd and take 2-4 business days to complete.

    I made a bank transfer of £634 on the 31st of July and it never reached my Payza account? Please can you check this for me, the e-mail for my Payza account is . I have tried contacting you by phone and support e-mails but no reply.

    I've not received a reply on ticket.

    But I got automated ticket opening notification when I opened the ticket, so I replied to it with all documents you requested.

    Please get back to me as soon as possible, and let me know about the case resolution too.

    I would like to know is payza will have the possibilty for my to fund my account with Ideal. Paypal had done it already, this could be a big relief for Dutch users, because the payment system is easy and quick. if a fee is necessary, no problem, i only would like a way so i can fund my account easily with no problem because sending money from paypal to payza is impossible by the way....

    Guys, I contacted many IT sites where they will make posts about Payza, but i need your help.
    I want to make petition someone to make investigation on Payza.
    If you have account on Payza with more than 500$ chances your account to be in hold (limited/suspended) are almost 90%
    Payza become a too fraud processor.
    If you don't trust me, go on their fanpage facebook.com/payzaglobal/app_227698805184 and you will se that anyone have problems like this guy i.imgur.com/dl8Rx.png
    They just apologize and apologize abut the delays.
    Please help me with informations where we can report usa companies for investigation. I am ready to go to the end.
