    I have not tried 99centarticles myself so I can't give you feedback. I think that you always get what you pay for. I know most prefer to outsource directly and look for freelance writers in oDesk and iWriter. The writers may charge more on these sites but you can be assured that you will get quality output.

    I'm with affilorama on this one, I often use iwriter for articles. As these articles are of great quality I find them really easy to rewrite and use for my web 2.0 sites. It's true that you only get what you pay for but at the same time you don't have to spend alot.

    Squidoo is a good resource, IMO better than hubpages.
