Hello I created this thread because I am very upset because of the very bad service from Hostgator Affiliate Team. My commissions earned during OCTOBER (total 15 domains) must be paid on January, but I have NOT received them, TILL NOW. The affiliate team manager, Adam said that they will reissue them along with my commission in early February, but I did not received it. On February I only received the commissions earned on December. I have update the ticket and Adam continuously said, "We will be reissuing your payment along with our next batch of commission payments, next week." That's from January he promised, and today is April!!! I have send the reply but they have not replied me since February! The problem is: The Hostgator Affiliate Team cannot be reached by other method than VIA EMAIL. We can not talk to them by phone or even a chat! What an awful service provided. Any suggestion where should I report this problem? I live in Indonesia and I cannot reach the Hostgator Company myself. Is anyone able to help me please? I will appreciate your help very much. I can understand your frustration, but I think you're at the mercy of them unless you want to get a lawyer involved. But in that case they have deep pockets. Maybe there's a technical issue they're dealing with or something. I haven't heard of too many problems out of this affiliate program. Just keep up the emails and support tickets up to date. If more people are having the same problem than that would be a sign they're having tech issues.
They actually take a while to process your funds. It's a matter of seeing if your sign ups is unique, etc.
Never had a problem with them, as soon as they verified the leads were legit they paid me (takes a few months).
Hello Lappanion, thanks for your feedback. yeah I did receive the payment, finally! But it took a several months. anyway I still have to thank you hostgator affiliate team.
That is very irresponsible of them. An affiliate team should treat their customers with respect, since the affiliates are paying out of pocket to market the services/products of the Host.
