    Sorry to spoil your day, but I'd say it's worth $0

    I just tried to had a look at the site and there doesn't appear to be any content on the page. I just get a blank page, but it does shows a PR of 6.

    On further investigation it become apartent that all you've done is redirect this to alzheimersresearchtrust. org.uk a legitimate UK site.

    It is that site that has the content / PR6 and the backlinks.

    If someone buys your DN they will find it's PR drop to zero as so as they take the re-direct off. So you are really defrauding them of money if you try and sell it pretending it has something it does not.

    My advise would be to spend your time trying to ean money honestly.

    Expired domains with pr do have value, the pr6 alone is probably worth $150-$200.

    IMO, this domain is worthless as is. The pagerank is fake as stated above.

    So what? Even if this was fake, it is just expired now, there is still a demand for such domains.

    I am having trouble seeing any reason that that site would have even a PR of 1 based on content, history, links, etc.

    Well it fake page rank doesnt matter much for this domain because this domain has sme strong backlinks and .edu links so this will get its PR in next update
