I love horror movies, but I always have a hard time finding a movie that genuinely scared me. I've seen the Paranormal Activity movies, the Ring, The Grudge and other movies that are regarded as being scary- but they never really scared me. The only 2 movies that genuinely ever scared me was: The Exorcist Insidious The first time I saw "The Exorcist" was a part of a dare- By myself, at midnight and with the lights turned off. I was only 15 at the time, so needless to say I couldn't sleep for days after that. I would also add "Black Swan" to that list even though it is not a full horror, but some scenes scared the heck out of me. What was the last movie to scare you?
Have you ever watched "The poughkeepsie tapes"? It's a documentary about a serial killer who taped hours and hours of him killing and butchering his victims. I have searched over the net and there are claims about this movie being a fake but the first time I watched I took it for real. I was a bit high with my friends at that time, at some point I was shaking from horror XD
I scared only by the movie "saw" most parts of saw i have been scared from Hollywood and from Hollywood chandramukhi.
Honestly, nothing phases me anymore, idk why... the last movie I got "scared" from was The Mummy, when I was like 7. But seriously Paranormal Activity was just a big joke, I only saw it on DVD maybe it was scarier in the theater...but I mean come on...not scary at all.

No I haven't seen it, but I'll add it to my to-watch list. I've always been interested in serial killer genre, documentary or fiction. Seven and Silence of the Lambs are 2 of my favourite movies. Thanks for suggesting this one.
I remember, that i was so scaried watch horror movie when i was 12 years old. The movie i watch is "Beranak dalam kubur", Indonesia movie. But after that, I always watch horror movie in order to dissappear my scaried trauma.
Really? That movie make me sleepy. Literally. I'd rather watch horror anime series such as "Another". The mystery, the atmosphere, the music, and the twisted plot. It feels great.
I've seen a lot of Horror films but Donnie Darko made my scared a lot. I don't know why since it's not a scary movie.
