no, I like to get more weight. as will mean i get more links on the sites there site don't care about search engine thats just added extra.
No, i don't use it. It's a link attribute, links like this <a href="externalsite" rel="nofollow">external link</a> Wont be followed by search engines neither counted as incomming links for the other site.
i use it in my about us page and other footer links which do not need PR. I rather keep my PR on my important pages rather than let it leak out onto "Company Info" pages - which is a waste. However, I do NOT use on other people;s sites who we link to. Thats lame.
Wrong. Why would they call it no follow if it was going to get followed?? http://blog.searchenginewatch.com/blog/050118-204728
I use it, however generally only for pages where i don't want a bunch of outgoing links, like my list of more then 350 free directories which has live links. I've also used them on very new sites which have some under construction sections. And I'm considering using it for blog comments/trackbacks as i've been getting a lot of spam recently.
I dont use it on my normal sites as I have no need to. I have no idea if my blogs are using it, havent got round to checking. *edit* Why is this in the co-op section?
I do use the no-follow links on affiliate-links, where I get payed per sale, but not for sending them PR. I want the spiders to send people to my website, not theirs. I don't use Coop (whatever that is). It's pretty obvious that if people are paying you for a link, there should not be no-follow-attribute on the link - unless they really are only interested in the traffic.
