    Glad to hear your action.
    To me, the key point is the reason behind "300 percent increase in demand", if it's just a temporary issue then the stopgap such as the ticket marathon can address but if it's a permanent increase caused by sudden membership growth etc, then you would need another fundamental solution.

    Anyhow, hope things will improve quickly.

    Hello,

    I have made a withdrawal by Bank Transfer 10 days ago, today I could see the Current Status changed from Pending to Completed, but the money didn't reached my bank account. As I said in my support ticket, I have made a withdrawal on same bank account since Payza was still AlertPay and the trasnfer was successfully sent to me in 2-3 days. Here is my ticket details:
    Ticket ID: *****
    Subject: Withdrawal By Bank Transfer
    Department: All Other My Money Inquiries
    Type: Issue
    Status: Open
    Priority: High
    Since I don't expect a response for my ticket very soon, I'm asking for your help in this issue. Thank you very much !

    Just wanted to inform you that I have received 2 very fast bank transfer withdrawal from Payza.
    1st tran ($100): Completed after 2 days
    2nd tran ($460): Completed just after 1 day

    I will say Payza is much better and quick on payment process than former AlertPay.
    I believe if you have clean fund in your Payza account you can withdraw it faster than their commitment.

    If status says completed, then withdrawal has been out from Payza. You should contact your Bank to know the update.
    For me, it took 3 days and 1 day to receive 2 transfers in my bank account after status showed "completed".

    Hi zephirus,

    I have noticed that with Euro bank transfers, it can take and extra day or two before the completed funds show up on your bank account.
    You should have the funds on your account shortly.

    Reference to earlier post in quotes, I would really appreciate your urgent assistance to my pending matter. It is now 3 whole weeks since my money is still in "pending" status. I have already submitted one ticket - should I submit again to get some kind of response. I have to make urgent payments and I have to now pay a penality for late payment. I have also provided necessary supporting documents. What else must I do to get some kind of acknowledgement from PAYZA. Where else can I turn to for HELP! Appears you are the only one. Thank you for your quick response. Mary

    I am unable to add funds to my payza account.
    When I try to add fund with my visa debit card, it takes me to the secure code page, after entering secure code it gives an error, "Webpage is currently not available".
    It was working fine some hours ago too. :(

    Yes, I confirmed that the transaction shows "Completed", thank you for your follow-up.
    However, the fund hasn't reached to my bank yet which may take a few days as someone also said.
    I'll report when I finally receive in my bank account.

    Hello Mr, Marco my bank Withdrawal showing completed status since 23-07-12 Reference Number: 4BA3B-1760C-B09EB it has not came in my bank till now. When I contacted on your customer care Ticket ID: RPI-553-90850 Mr. Tarik Replied me with some trace id on 2nd august but when I took that trace id to bank they told me that it is useless and They need complete Swift message to locate the bank wire. Sir After trying to contact many times to your customer care. I have yet not received copy of complete swift message. Also money has not received in my bank account till today. Sir please help me. So that i can get my money.

    hi there i have just orderd my payza card and i got confermation email
    in the email they said i have to wait for 1-8 weeks
    which i cant do i dont like to wait
    i can pay the ups servies charges if you please send me my prepaid card with that ups
    the ups is very fast and realible answer me if you can do thanx
