If I go to a site like yours, then I expect to find a link to your forum in main menu. I lost count as how many times I went to your web site (after being away for a few weeks) and that I got frustrated not being able to find the link to your web site. It's there alright, but way too hard to find. It can't be a coincidence anymore that I continue to get frustrated.
u can get forum link simply by searching any webmaster related keyword in google this days .Why to waste your time every time lol if u feel it is so hard to rember just bookmark it once in your browser.
forums.digitalpoint.com is not too hard to remember, anyway, i recommend you to use bookmarks, i only type "f" in the address bar, and recent visited pages show up, dp forum is the first that begin with that letter
Oh really, never thought of that (rolling eyes). Sorry, but that's not the kind of answer I give my visitors if they would be unable to find my forums. But then again, I don't get those answers, since my forums are part of the menu. I wrote earler: "It's there alright, but way too hard to find." With all respect, but since when do you know that forums.digitalpoint.com is hard to remember for me... First of all I don't visit this forum that often (every 2 months or so) and I'm used to www.site_x.com/forum. And for Pete's sake, why would I waste (?) my time making a suggestion if it I wouldn't think it would be an improvement? Take for example new viistors. Few will read the complete page and be lucky to find that link to the forum somewhere in the middle of the home page. If I were to use bookmarks for every page I can't find on sites, then I would have thousands of bookmarks. I'm quite capable to find the forum, whether it's using the OS, search engine or even if I have to write it on a piece of paper, but that's not the point. The forum is an important part of digitalpoint and there should be a link in the menu. Oh well, I don't understand why I'm wasting my time again on making suggestions with the same friendly intentions, it's always the same story... excuses, excuses and members who don't own this site acting like "know-it-alls". Do whatever you feel like, this is the last time I'm going to suggest anything on any web site.
