Google Adwords not accepting new account for already promoted site

Hi,

I have a website which I promoted with google adwords. Now after the account was exhausted of balance I cancelled that account and deleted the ads in that account and created a new account. I recharged the new account with $105 voucher and created new ads. The problem now is that google suspended that account saying the problem is with the promotional voucher code and on talking with customer care they told that due to my old account having already used to promoted the site I am not allowed to promote it again.

Can anyone please help me fix this issue once and for all or let me know what all steps I have to take care of.

Are u using the new account to promote the same website that u were promoting through previous account..Man ..I think Google has changed the policy that doesn't allow you to create multiple accounts to promote same websites...Why don't u use the same old account ..u can still use it although u deleted it but if u remember ur email & passwd u'll be able to reactivate ur account..& promote ur site...Thats the best bet...

Be careful when u create multiple accounts with Google Adwords..they don't like it & u can risk ur self getting banned...

Anyways whats the site that u promoting ..is it affiliate site?

Yes I am using the same URL to promote with new account as I was with old account. I know that I can always use that old account by reactivating it but then whats the advantage coz then I wont be able to use vouchers in it. See the whole point in google adwords was that for a less value you get to advertise for a considerably higher value. I did this 2 years successfully. It seems that problem has started in the last 2-3 months only.

Any solution to this. I am ready to appoint any adwords manager also if the cost is right.

No rocket science. Just cancel the old account, delete the adds. Create a new account, use manual payment, apply voucher code, create ads and boom it ran for 2.5 years.

One voucher credit per user, pretty simple to understand why they will not allow a second one to be used by same person.

In Google it is not allowed to use promotional code again and again with new accounts.

You can add payment method instead of adding promotional voucher code. Also clear the due amount from your old account.

As per Adwords T&S,

• Vouchers are not transferable, can not be sold or bartered. Distributing voucher codes on the Internet on media sharing sites or forums is strictly prohibited.
• One promotional credit per customer.

And its really easy for them to track if someone is trying to game the game and use multiple vouchers... Play fair and they will behave fair *By Not banning you"
