I was using Payza but it does not really full support my country, Indonesia. Indonesian cannot withdraw the Payza balance to their local bank account.

Do you have a plan that this will be available in Indonesia maybe next year or when? Indonesian would love this.

Money was wire transferred on July 19 to PAYZA (monies left my personal account on July 19) but until now the status is still "pending". This is the second time this is happening. In June after my complaint to you ..it got resolved after 7 days. Thank you. This time I had already submitted a ticket No: #PYH-646-42656 on August 3rd. I have to pay vendors who are waiting for the funds. So your quick assistance will be very helpful. I would also like to know why I'm facing this problem all the time.

I've a Pending Bank Transfer since 13 Th June. The Payza supportedesk asked me for a screenshot of my transaction and I sent (4 times) a screenshot of my payment detail. I always got an answer that it's not sufficient enough for them to locate and credit my deposit and I still don't know what's wrong because on the screenshort there were all of the information I was asked for. Could you check it, and let me know what was wrong with my screenshot please?
