Google may own the trade mark for "Google" But that does not mean they own everything that may include the word google in it.. If i owned the domaned "mygoogleyes.com" Yes it has the word "google" in it. However, don't mean they have the copyright to that entire name.

 

I am operating the site for last 3 years... its an established site. never heard any thing from google. besides there are plenty of sites with google in it. check your self
