According to my knowledge, Xoom doesnt offer transfer to Indian bank now.
Remit2india require US social security number for transfer to be possible.

Xoom use to transfer amount to India via an Indian paypal account... But this is two years back story... Now they will simply refund your money back in your paypal account and won`t transfer anything..

Anyways paypal is increasing monthly withdrawal limit for Indian Account to $10,000.. which is good enough for a single account.

Xoom still transfers your PP funds to your Bank Account in case you are not aware of.

Xoom will not let you transfer you PP account if its registered in India, i.e. if the Credit card you have used to verify is issued via an Indian bank.

I dont think Remit2India.com allows you to use their service if you are a Indian Resident.

    Check their TOS - https://www.timesofmoney.com/btm_terms_conditions.jsp

It clearly mentions that only people who are non-residents are eligible !!

the FERA(foreign exchange regulatory act) comes in with the problems. actually all these sites, should be used only to give money to your friends and family, no business transctions should be caried out through all these. anyways, i don't think you will fall in leagal trouble in india, but it is better to follow the rules!:)
