    None of these sites are good in my opinion, maybe Chitika if your site is huge and you can get silver/gold ads. Try contextweb/amazon affiliates.

    Buysellads is really good alternative but not for beginner sites. Its specifically for very high traffic sites. And for small sites I have not find any good alternative of adsense, adsense seems to be the best choice for me.

    You can try out Infolinks they have some good CPM rate. And if you want to go with site listed, my advice would to go for Chitika.
