How to order Wordpress Blogroll links ?

I want to order the blogroll links on my wordpress blogs..

But I am not able to do..

Can anybody tell me how to order them according to my preference ?

 

When you say order, do you mean like, "arrange them"?
If so, I would like to know too, I always thought it was alphabetical.

 

Yes, order means arrange them..
There is an option in wordpress admin.. But it arranges in the admin section - not in the actual blog.

You need to edit the php file blogroll.php - you will need some php knowledge for this

 

What changes need to be done ?

Will it change after every addition ?

If you use widgets you need to edit the widgets.php.

I am tired of fighting and researching how to get my Wordpress Blogroll in a specific order.
SO here is the simple amateur workaround - no widgets or code needed at all:
When you enter the titles for your Links (as blogroll entries are called), precede them with a number
as if you were doing a numbered list!! It will sort on numbers ahead of everything else. Voila.
See example on pages of Brighter Naming that have right hand margin.
