Which do you think is better?

Do you think it is better to have text ads on your sites or image ads? I am still very new to adsense and would like some input on what is more profitable and what people think as far as the site still looking professional with either types, thanks!

 

what works best for one site will not work best for another.

you need to test, test, and test, and find what works best.

 

You can chose to display either text or image and over time Google will do the testing and display whatever is most effective for that site.

I have poor results with images. I prefer text ads. Image ads only work for certain sites. You have to do a testing!

 

Don't be surprised if you rarely see an image ad but if they work on your site Google will run them.

 

I think you are going to make your target and it's a good idea to try and get along with others.

 

Text ads and only text ads. Image ads pay too less in comparision to text ads.

 

Normally Image Ads have high CTR but a low CPC..

 

I think text ads are definately better.I think words are more powerful than images in this regard.
