    Hey All,
I am new to the forum(so new I haven't even created my signature yet) and relatively new to affiliate marketing. I have a couple of sites up with no traffic of course and just working my way around trying to figure it all out. I would like to understand what I am doing before I start paying someone else to do it(outsourcing). That way I know what I am paying for. Hopefully I will get some good info here and maybe share some of what I have learned in my thousands of hours online!

Thank you Browntwn, That is definitely the first thing I learned. there is no get rich quick program. I am learning how to distinguish the phony's and the bogus offers. And hopefully foreveryoung, I can offer as much as I take away.

Hello there, when you have a site that has no traffic (it might be new) it takes about 3 months for search engines to pick it up. I also suggest, you find info on increasing traffic on your site. Learn SEO to gain organic traffic. Use social media and visit other blogs (pref those in the same niche as you) to gain following.
