Moniker Pushing?

Does moniker allow you to push your domain to another registrar for free, if so how do you push a domain. This is probably a really really noob question but im selling some and would like to be aware on how to do it. ,

No, you do a transfer (non free) to another registrar. A push (free) is when it's the same registrar.

I just tried transfering a domain from moniker to namecheap, it says that it needs to be 60days old, is this moniker and/or namer cheap or is it the same with every registrar?

 

You might have to give account and password to the buyer since you can transfer domain only after they are 60 days old

 

is this with every registrar though?

Yes.

Newly registered domain names cannot be transferred to another registrar 'til
60 days after their initial creation date/s. If the name was registered on Oct.
31, then it can be transferred roughly after Dec. 31 (60-day mark).

 

That 60 days rule applies for transfers between different registrars, you are free to push the domain to another account at the same registrar.

except for godaddy, who will put a 60 day registrar lock on your domain for changing registrant or whois details
