Can a Blocked Adsense User work with DoubleClick?

    Hello Friends
    I have a website and want to make it a london based affiliate marketing site . I was blocked from Google Adsense in 2009 and till today I haven't thought of anything from adsense.

    I am extremely interested about DoubleClick, Can anyone experienced in this situation suggest me anything related to this?

    google adsense really the best in system and we should that consider that google adsense not easy with us so we should be careful with this massive company
