Is something happening with Google?

Hi

I got my site back to page one for it's main keyword it stayed there for a month or so but as of yesterday when I checked it is now on page 4, has there been any major google updates recently?

Did you stop promoting your website once you get it on first page.

 

some time it happens. Its called Google dance. some time keyword fluctuate. if you did not done any thing wrong then don't worry , It will be back within few days.

 

yes, 24th July google have some updates since it may happen be care full with your off page

Yes, something happening with Google, Panda and Penguin. You need whitehat and quality SEO work to get back there.

 

On 24th July, there was Panda 3.9 update. Probably, your site got hit by that.

 

Google vanish your site within this two update... Never take any risk on google.

Google had rolled out panda 3.9 update yesterday.That may be the reason

 

Google keeps on experimenting with the Algorithm codes so don't worry its something caused by Google Update. i would not regard it as Google Dance because you dropped down to page 4 which is serious penalty and if it is the case than penalty lasts for around 6 months.

Updates are going on daily basis in google. so do not care about them

 

Well, yes updates really take place every day but they do not affect rankings straight away. I have notices, based on my website, changes take place once/two times a week.
