    i have developed one in which grabbing score and it can be exported to db (XML) for your own usages.
    Hoewever, the extension is not that wide whereby i only focusing on soccer only.
    Anyone interested, just ping me and i can show you with some samples...

    Once you have the xml, you can manipulate these data / save it to your own db

    you can get wide range of livescores(and not only) if not all of the available on the market, from big-guy like www.stats.com, but their prices expensive..
    also you can try www.scoresdata.com, they have various xml data feeds packages(with excellent responsiveness) for major sports and they are one of the most beneficial provider on the market(in relation of price/quality) which we have found and happy..
