what is reason of dropping ranking?

Hey guys,
Let me know what is reasons of dropping ranking? My keywords ranking was in the first page, but now these were not in 100. tell me how can happen that?

 

It is because you're not alone who is working over these keywords. Your competitors are trying to grab that position and that's why one who is more relevant will rank in top search engines results.

 

thats because you are over optimising your keywords , google panda might have just hit you for building blackhat links. right now commenting and guest posting is your best source of backlinks.

 

I think there are something wrong with google.

 

Its one reason would be your competitors high potential work on it. Or may be its because you may be not following some rules of the search engine that is why they are dropping your links.

Probably your site is attacked with Panda 3.9. As per the news, it was launched on 24/25th July.

 

This launched on the 24th, so if it was around then this might be the cause.

 

it should be the Panda Update...

 

Panda, Penguin etc. are just a few updates Google has let the public know. Apart from these Google always update the ranking algo without any prior notice to its users. I had my keywords dropped on 21st this month, i.e. much before the new panda update. So it's hard to say which Google update has affected your keywords position.

I guess your website has current PR between 1 or 2. As quality is being a factor at this moment,

# Make sure you create backlinks from higher PR domains than yours.
# Use your website name as anchor text for coming few weeks.
# Get backlinks from diversity sources, dont relay on directory and bookmark only. Get used with genuine forum discussions, only local business directory listings, submit videos, upload documents, publish press release, post some classified ads, add originally written posts on blogger, wordpress, livejournal, yahoo voice, tumblr, just a few to mention.
# Always make sure that a post would go with only one website, no duplicate entry.

I am agree with this...probably it is the reason.

 

1) changes in google ranking algorithms
2) some old backlinks pointing to your site may disappear, become nofollow, or may loose their page PR

 

check your keywords with its rank with the help of google tools and may be you ll see what is wrong.

 

We have a lot pf competitors in this world, of course they are also working on those keywords. Just keep on what you are doing, double time and get back to your rank. It could also happen that your competitors are increasing your bounce rate that's why you dropped down.

 

Either you have been hit by Google Penguin or Google panda
just check whether you are complying with Google Guidelines or not

 

there is latest Google panda update or u can say data refresh by Google, may be your site hit by new data refresh( Google Penguin Update ).

 

Your competitors might did negative SEO for your website and panda update also might be the another reason..
