    Hi,I have a long time issue still not resolved after more than 2 months, without answer to my emails or call to Payza support.Could you please help?- Bank wire sent on 8 May - Ticket and all proof of transfer sent on 11 May - Further proof sent again on 14 June - ticket [#DYQ-951-​34632] Till date, my wire transfer is still pending in Payza.Thank you for your answer.

    which support? I have sent several support tickets, nobody ever repplies, bank withdrawal of July 3 never arrived in my bank account, maybe the payza guy who is on this forum could at least tell us what's going on

    Ok, this is day 9 I have been waiting on my transfer to my payza debit card. After seeing 2 people request their withdrawals on Sunday and their money is on their card already (I been waiting for 9days), its making me wonder SOMETHINGS WRONG Marco will you fix this I NEED MY MONEY!

    we have already sent three mail to payza support but not received any answer yet.In June 11th we transferred 100€ from my bank account to my payza account.checking the status of our account it still says "pending",that means the the money is not stored in our account yet.It is all filled out correctly we just proved it several times .please help me!!!

    I had many checks processed from July 19th through the 24th. I have only seen one so far. Has anyone gotten their checks yet?

    Payza support: What is the problem? Cutting checks once processed has to be the easiest thing you do. Are checks being physically sent out?

    hello, payza is idle in terms of support, its been 2 weeks - no response, no anything, and no system to check the ticket status
    [h=1]#FUQ-599-67798 is opened, our money was sent, we have not heard anything.[/h]plz help, since i feel we got scammed and we will revert the transaction back and close the account soon, if we do not see anyone works on it

    #LPU-945-55049 my ticket still hasn´t been resolved, i really wanted to go on with my business, but now i am just frozen because of this.. I only forgot my trasaction pin.. I think it is ridiculous that you have to wait like forever to get any kind of answer..

    payza support is non existent at the moment, I hope they realize that people actually need their money and they are counting on at least a short explanation of why a simple bank transfer for instance has the status "completed" while it never arrived
