adding on to the information API or specifically google api allows users to make or in a way share thier database. to access each applications of google they provide different api's. for example google search engine can be accessed with one api and google map with other and so on. this is very useful if you want to make use of their wast information in your own application. usualy the api calls are very simple to use and every providers themself provide detailed documentation too

At this point, it is important to remember that all of Google’s APIs are only available in beta version, which means they are mostly still in their initial trial release and that there could still be a few adjustments required to some of them, although I must honestly say that I am quite pleased with what I saw so far.

Anybody have any experience with the Analytics API? I'd like our sales people to know which pages are getting the most visits on our site and I'd like to pipe the data directly into their CRM tool (think Salesforce) and not have them wandering around in Analytics.
