Buying Webspace from a host with good customer service

I'm getting tired of my current host's poor customer service. My tickets can go ignored for days which is unacceptable.

What are your requirements as far as specs & budget go?

 

Nothing too fancy. I'm paying £5 per month now for 10GB space and 100GB data transfer. I'd need unlimited addon domains and SQL databases too along with PHP5 and it's extensions (GD library mainly). Other than that I don't require anything else. I'm willing to pay a little extra for good customer support.

There are also other hosts out there who can offer this as well, we're not the only ones. Your requirements are pretty standard.

 

Yeah they are standard, but from what I've seen many don't allow adult content. I apologise for not mentioning this, I made two threads and only one of them mentions that I own a popular adult site and thus would need to be allowed. Does you business allow for this?
